Begin with a full assessment

Before commencing any treatment interventions, all new clients must undergo a comprehensive assessment with us. This enables us to better establish your pet’s medical history, overall physical condition, behavioral tendencies, and special considerations for care.

Fido's Onboarding

  • Comprehensive assessment for pain, lameness, impairments, muscle condition, behavior, and other needs. 

  • Discussion of applicable treatment approach and conditions of care

  • Required for new clients/patients before booking any ongoing services

Professional fees

We keep it simple — pay per session with clear, upfront rates. No hidden fees, no long-term commitments, and no confusing packages. Just honest pricing for professional pet mobility care.

STEP 2

Personalising your pet’s care

After the assessment, we’ll create a personalised plan focused on your pet’s recovery and mobility. This may include treatment modalities, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other specialised treatments.

All-inclusive use of the following therapeutic interventions:

  • Laser Therapy

  • TENS/NMES Therapy

  • PEMF Therapy

  • Vibration Therapy

  • Manual Therapy

  • Therapeutic Exercises

Cancellation policy

When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. We understand that sometimes, unexpected changes can occur. 

 

Should you cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is non-refundable. 

 

If you need to re-schedule your appointment, we request at least 48h notice. Otherwise, an equivalent of 50% of the service fee will be levied. 

 

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that time.
