Thank you for shopping with Fido’s Pawpose. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and your purchase of products through our online shop.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Fido’s Pawpose reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of publication.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product colours, packaging or appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

Please read product information, instructions and usage recommendations carefully before purchasing or using any product.

For products intended for use with pets, customers are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their pet and for using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Prices & GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (S$).

The prices displayed are therefore the final prices payable at checkout, and no GST will be added.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully paid for and confirmed.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Fido’s Pawpose.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If an order is cancelled by Fido’s Pawpose after payment has been received, the relevant amount paid will be refunded.

5. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including their name, email address, mobile number and delivery address.

Fido’s Pawpose will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Payment

Payments for online purchases are processed through Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment amount to be charged through the selected payment method.

Fido’s Pawpose does not directly store customers’ full payment card details where payment information is processed by Stripe.

7. Delivery & Self-Collection

We currently offer delivery within Singapore only.

Orders of S$90 and above: Free delivery
Orders below S$90: S$5 delivery fee
Self-collection: No delivery fee

Delivery arrangements are made through EasyParcel and its appointed courier services.

Orders will generally be processed and dispatched within 2 working days after successful payment. Delivery typically takes a further 1–3 working days after dispatch, subject to courier operations and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers who select self-collection may collect their orders from Fido’s Pawpose, 53 Jalan Tua Kong, Singapore 457251, during the clinic's operating days and hours.

Orders will generally be available for collection from the next clinic operating day, subject to order readiness. Customers who require urgent collection may contact us via WhatsApp after placing their order to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

8. Free Shipping & Separate Orders

Free delivery applies to each individual order of S$90 or above.

Separate orders cannot be combined after payment has been completed for the purpose of qualifying for free delivery.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order and place a new order to meet the free-delivery threshold, payment processing fees and applicable delivery charges may apply and may not be recoverable.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Consumable products, including food, treats and supplements, are non-returnable once opened.

For products such as harnesses, customers are encouraged to try the item on at our clinic before purchasing.

If an item is received damaged, defective or incorrect, customers should contact Fido’s Pawpose within 5 days of receiving the order and provide the order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will assess the matter and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, price adjustment or refund, as applicable.

Items damaged through misuse, improper use, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or repair, or normal wear and tear are generally not eligible for return or refund.

Where an item is returned, exchanged or re-delivered due to a customer-requested change, additional shipping or delivery charges may apply.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

10. MYOS Subscription

The MYOS 1 Canister is available as a subscription purchase with 5% off.

The 5% subscription discount applies regardless of the frequency of repurchase, as smaller dogs may take longer to finish one canister.

There is no subscription option for the MYOS 180G Pouch or other products unless otherwise stated on the website.

Subscription orders will be charged and processed according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discounts and special offers are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

Fido’s Pawpose reserves the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where necessary.

12. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to access features such as order history and account information.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account login details confidential and for activities carried out through their account.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customers may also check out as guests where this option is available.

14. Third-Party Services

Our online shop may use third-party service providers, including Stripe for payment processing and EasyParcel and its appointed courier services for delivery.

Your use of these services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.
